Success Scriptures for the New Year

Last year as I was reading the Bible, I kept coming across so many scriptures that talked about success. I wrote the scriptures down in my journal and read them on a regular basis. They covered success in all areas – business, family, relationships, home, ministry, and just about any other area. As simple as this post will be, I just want to share a few of these success scriptures for the new year.

.

Success Scriptures

.

“Give Your servant success today, and have compassion on him in the presence of this man.” Nehemiah 1:11

.

“Lord save us! Lord please grant us success!”
Psalm 118:25

.

“…I Am the Lord your God Who teaches you to profit, who leads you by the way you should go.” Isaiah 48:17

.

“Keep your obligation to the Lord your God to walk in His ways and keep His statutes, commandments, judgments, and testimonies. This is written in the Law of Moses so that you will have success in everything you do and wherever you turn…”
I Kings 2:3

.

“…if only You will make my journey successful!”
Genesis 24:42

.

“Plant your seed in the morning and keep busy all afternoon; you don’t know if profit will come from one activity or another, or maybe both.”
Ecclesiastes 11:6

.

“I, even I, have spoken, yes, I have called him. I will bring him, and he will succeed in his mission.”
Isaiah 48:15

.

“In everything he did, he had great success, because the Lord was with him.”
I Samuel 18:14

.

“May He give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.”
Psalm 20:4

.

“Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”
Psalm 37:4

.

These are just a few success scriptures for the new year that I have written down, but there are many more. Please share in the comments any that you have found. I love the fact that He gives us instruction and encouragement for every area of our lives!

I want to wish you all a wonderful and productive New Year! Let us seek the Lord and apply His success scriptures this year to all of our goals and plans. He will help us see them through!

Love these verses so much Susan! I’m taking notes and going back to highlight them in my Bible too. It’s amazing how many times we can read something but it not really sink in until someone presents it in a completely fresh way. Big hugs and happy new year, CoCo

Hello!

Hello!

Welcome! I believe homes and families should be filled with grace and joy! As I think about my life, I can see how my grandmother and my mom poured these beliefs into our home. How fitting that my grandmother's name was Grace and my mother's name is Joy. I hope to share the impact "Grace and Joy" have made on my life and in my home!
