Monthly Menu for February 2023
Enjoy this monthly menu for February! I pray it will help make mealtimes a little easier for you.
Menu Tips
Tips for Using This Monthly Menu:
- Print the menu and keep it visible.
- Get as many of the ingredients as you can at the beginning of the month.
- Each week get the fresh ingredients needed.
- Keep certain staples on hand (baking items, seasonings, etc.)
- Buy in bulk when possible – Ex. See how many chicken meals you are going to plan, buy at least that much chicken and freeze them in smaller portions.
- Remember that this is just a guide. Nothing is set in stone. Use what you want to use and skip the rest.
What this will look like:
- I have the menu on a spreadsheet with the dates, menu item, and either a brief description or a link to the online recipe.
- For menu items like Grilled Chicken, I did not include a recipe. If you have questions about anything on the menu that doesn’t have an explanation, please contact me.
- I did not include sides on the menu. I try to keep plenty vegetables, couscous, rice, etc. Just fill in with your favorites.

Pizza Bowl (Low Carb) – This has all of the pizza ingredients layered and baked but without the crust. I browned ground beef, added Italian seasoning, pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese, and fresh jalapenos. You can add the toppings of your choice. Bake the dish on 350 until the cheese is melted.

These recipes all look amazing, Susan! I’ve never had a pizza bowl before so I’m excited to try it. We’ve been making more of a concerted effort to go out on the weekends too. It definitely helps to break up the week and give us something to look forward to. Sending you tons of hugs and thank yous for all the fabulous recipes, CoCo
I hope you enjoy them. I saw someone else make a pizza bowl “buffet.” Everyone layered their own in individual serving bowls before baking. It looked like a great idea, but there’s only two of us. 😊Have a blessed week!
Your pizza bowl recipe sounds amazing!
It was the first time I had made this, and we really liked it.
Susan, what a great menu for the month. You sure are organized.
Thank you for sharing this with Sweet Tea & Friends this month.
Thank you! I’m not that organized, but this helps me stay a little more on track. 😃
