A Message from My Quiet Time in Revelation

I am reading Revelation right now. It is so interesting!

I challenge you to read Rev. 11:7-10. The people will not want to hear the truth. Convicting words will be torment for them, so the martyrs will get the blame!!!

Saturday’s Post

Are you in a season of waiting? You’re not alone. Let this week’s reflection be a reminder that God’s timing is always worth the wait.

Nuggets of Grace – The Waiting Game

A collage of various vintage clocks with a beige overlay. In the center, text reads "The Waiting Game—Nuggets of Grace" with the website "www.homewithgraceandjoy.com" below it.

This Month’s Scripture

An inspirational quote from Deuteronomy 11:14 on a minimalistic background with neutral-toned botanical accents. Perfect for fall ideas, the text reads: “I will provide rain for your land in the proper time, the autumn and spring rains, and you will harvest your grain, new wine, and fresh oil.”

Family – Tips

I mentioned “Cooking with Brenda Gantt last week. Do you follow her?

I hardly ever fry food. In fact, I just fried my 3rd meal since we built this house – almost 24 years ago!!!

Fried Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onions

This was delicious and actually no mess! It is the first time I have ever made gravy with water! I was surprised at how it turned out. I learn something new every time I watch Brenda Gantt!

Have you ever made gravy with water???

A September Plan

A cozy outdoor dinner gathering with various dishes and candles on the table. Text overlay reads: "Monthly Eat at Home Challenge" with www.homewithgraceandjoy.com—where memories are made and apron strings tie us together.

I am actually sticking with it! I doesn’t have to be elaborate to be an “eat at home” meal!

A cozy dinner table is set with candles, food, and festive decorations. A person in a gray sweater sits at the table, embodying the warmth of Apron Strings. Overlaid text reads: "How have you done so far?" Website link: homewithgraceandjoy.com.

Happenings & Events

I am still looking for opinions/help!!!

12/6/2025 – We will be at the Christmas Vendors’ Fair again this year.

A vendor booth with a floral tablecloth and a charming apron with a legacy displays signs and baked goods. The sign reads "Home with Grace and Joy." Decor includes flowers and informational pamphlets. A stroller with a blanket rests on the left side.

Opinions please!

  1. Peanut butter fudge, chocolate fudge, or peanut clusters?
  2. What are your ideas to add to the Bible gift basket?
