10 Free Easter Printables

These free Easter printables feature short snippets inspired by the hymns we all love and Scripture that points us back to the empty tomb, the finished work of the cross, and the hope of salvation we carry every day.

#1 Christ the Lord is Risen Today

This is such a joyful reminder that the grave could not hold Him!

Light rays surround elegant text that reads, “Christ the Lord is risen today!”—a beloved line from classic Christian songs. The background is light with a soft, radiant design, and a website address appears in the corner.

Taken from: “Christ the Lord is risen today, Alleluia!” (1739)

#2 Up from the Grave He Arose

He has victory over the grave, and because He lives, we can walk in victory also.

View from inside a stone tomb looking out to bright light, with the text "Up from the Grave He Arose." in script font—reflecting the powerful message found in classic Christian Songs.

Taken from: “Up from the Grave He Arose” (early 1900s)

#3 He Lives

This means everything! He is our Living Hope!

Text "He Lives" in green cursive font appears over a soft, sunny background with blurred light spots and green grass at the bottom, evoking the uplifting spirit of Christian Songs.

Taken from: “I Serve a Risen Savior” (1933)

#4 Jesus Paid it All

This song lyric is a great reminder of the cost He paid for us.

A crown of thorns above the words "Jesus Paid it All," inspired by beloved Christian songs, on a light, textured background. The website "homewithgraceandjoy.com" appears in small text at the bottom right.

Taken from: “Jesus Paid it All” (1865)

#5 He is not Here

This is taken right out of scripture. Can you imagine going to the tomb and hearing, “He is not here, He has risen!” on that first Sunday morning?

View from inside an empty stone tomb looking outward toward the bright sky, with "He is not here!" in the center—an image reminiscent of themes celebrated in Christian songs.

“He is not here; He has risen, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay.” Matthew 28:6

#6 Because He Lives

That simple truth changes everything. Because He lives, we have hope – hope for today and for every tomorrow.

Soft orange and gray clouds at sunset with the words "Because He Lives" in large white letters—a beloved classic among Christian songs—and a small web address "homewithgraceandjoy.com" in the corner.

There are so many songs and Bible references for this one. Bill and Gloria Gaither wrote the song “Because He Lives” in 1971 – what a beautiful message.

#7 Nothing but the Blood

This is the foundation of our faith and forgiveness. Because His blood poured out, His grace covers us.

Three crosses on a hill with the sun rising or setting behind them, clouds in the sky, and the words "Nothing but the Blood!" written above in script, inspired by classic Christian songs.

Taken from: “Nothing but the Blood” (1876)

#8 The Stone was Rolled Away

What a surprise that must have been. It was a surprise that changed everything for us.

A figure in white walks up stone steps toward bright light at the entrance of a tomb, evoking themes found in Christian Songs. Text over the image reads, “The stone was rolled away.”.

“But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away.” Mark 16:4

#9 Death has Lost its Sting

Because Christ conquered death, we can live eternally as well. Therefore, although our physical bodies may pass away, death has no victory over us if we are in Christ!

Soft, orange and white clouds at sunset with the words "Death has lost its sting." in white text over the sky, evoking the hope found in Christian songs.

“Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” I Corinthians 15:55

#10 There is a Fountain

I love the lyrics to this one – “And sinners plunged beneath that flood lose all their guilty stains.” That is the best news ever!

A gentle waterfall flows over moss-covered rocks in a lush green forest, with the text "There is a Fountain," inspired by beloved Christian songs, written across the image.

Taken from: “There is a Fountain Filled with Blood” (1771 or 1772)

As you read these phrases, did you find yourself singing the songs? What a blessing to have those lyrics floating around in your head!

How to Download the Easter Printables

There are many ways to print pictures from your computer or phone, as long as they are connected to a printer. This is the easiest way I have found:

  • Use cardstock if possible for a sturdier picture.
  • Choose the picture you want to print.
    • Right click the picture.
    • Save image as – Name the picture.
    • Open the downloaded picture on your computer and print. (If your computer will not allow you to print from the download, look for an icon that looks like a box with an arrow coming out of it. Click that icon and email it to yourself.
    • Open the picture, and you should see a printer icon. Click it, check your printer settings, and print.
    • Trim the edges to fit the frame.
  • Frame the picture with something that matches the style and color of the picture.

How to Display Easter Art

My favorite way of displaying printed artwork is in vintage frames.

An ornate ivory picture frame with gold accents displays a floral print featuring one of the Bible Verses about Love: "A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a difficult time." — Proverbs 17:17 (CSB).

I know this is not always an option, so if you can’t find the perfect hand-me-down frame, here are some other options:

A Short Faith Reflection

Close-up of green grass with small wildflowers in focus, as the sun sets in the background, casting a golden light and long shadows—an atmosphere reminiscent of peaceful Easter songs. Soft lens flare and blurry trees and power lines complete the scene.

For believers, Easter is more than just a day – it is the foundation for everything we believe.

The cross reminds us how much He loves us, and the empty tomb reminds us of His power. That is where we find our hope!

We are all going through different seasons of life. However, regardless of the season, the truth stays the same:

He has risen, and because He lives, we are never without hope!

I pray these simple Easter printables will help bring peace to your home and encouragement to your heart.

Sometimes the smallest reminders (a phrase on the wall or a quiet word in Scripture) can help us refocus on what matters most.

If you have enjoyed these, I would love for you to share them with a friend or save them for later. You may even enjoy making your own with other Easter Scriptures or lyrics. If you do, I would love to see what you create!
