Happy Monday! Thanks for joining me for this week’s, “Apron Strings & Blessings.” Let’s take a look at a few things faith, family, and home!
I hope last week was a good one and this week is even better!
This was our last family birthday for a few weeks. It was fun getting to celebrate Caddie! No pictures though. I have a good one of her, but the other person in the picture wouldn’t be happy – I caught her midsentence!
Question – Do you ever get something in your head that you want to buy, but you can’t find it? This has always been my shopping/searching story!
I thought I would throw this out there, for my local people and have everyone on the lookout for one. If you happen to see an old attendance/song board that used to hang in a church, please let me know. I found a new one on Amazon for about $65, but I would love one with a little church history.
I don’t want to spend too much more than $65ish, but if anyone in the Greenville to Rockwall area sees one, please let me know. I am wanting it for my she shed.

Chicken & Dumplings Tip for Leftovers
Last week we had Jay’s Chicken and Dumplings, and they were delicious!!! We had some chicken left and a lot of the broth, so of course we saved it.
We decided we would have these leftovers for our Sunday lunch. Jay had the idea to pick up some fried chicken to go with the meal and make fresh biscuits. We crumbled the biscuits into our bowls, and added the leftover broth from the chicken & dumplings. If you ever have leftovers, you have got to try it this way!

Christmas Corner
Wal-mart has a smaller version of my favorite little Christmas tree. The downside is that there is a small shipping charge, but it is so stinking cute!
Mine (pictured above) is about 3 ft. tall, and the one in stock at Wal-mart is 2 ft. tall. The smaller one would be perfect for a table or dresser.
