Happy Monday! Thanks for joining me for this week’s, “Apron Strings & Blessings.” Let’s take a look at a few things faith, family, and home!
September is almost here! We will officially be in the “Ber” months this week – my favorite time of the year!
For now though, we are still getting to enjoy the pool in this hot weather. Jay’s dad used to always tell him that a pool was like an albatross around your neck. I don’t know how many times we heard him say that.
It has been a lot of work for Jay, especially this year, and I have heard the word, “Albatross” many times. 🙂 However, when we find time to get in the pool and relax, it is all worth it. (Jay’s words)
It makes me think of this Scripture:
That is the same verse I think of when I think about the labor of love sitting area. I guess there are always sacrifices for things you love and enjoy.

I am not actually going to use these, but I found these gift tags at an estate sale.
