How to Make the Best Sweet Pepper Relish Recipe
I kind of accidentally came up with the best sweet pepper relish recipe one evening. I was just trying to use some fresh produce before I had to throw it out.

Since that evening, I have purposely made it many times. We frequently put this delicious relish on fish and chicken, and I just tried it on fish tacos! It makes the perfect condiment!
If you have kids, you may want to leave out the jalapeno peppers, but the rest of the ingredients are mild. For your picky eaters, they may like the looks of the red peppers and give it a try.

The great thing about this pepper relish is that you can use whatever you have on hand. If you are purchasing from the grocery store, get your favorite peppers. You can also put as much or as little of each item. This one is all about preference! The list below is what I use when I have a choice.

This sweet pepper relish is one of my favorite things, but I do like it with a little spice – a little sweet heat. (I don’t do anything crazy like ghost peppers, but if that is your thing, go for it!) I prefer regular to mild jalapeno peppers.
Regardless of what your taste buds prefer, this great recipe can fit the bill. If you try it, let me know what meal you add it to. The colorful peppers are such a great way to to enhance many meals.
