Monthly Menu for July 2023
Here is the monthly menu for July. I tried to keep things a little lighter since we have the summer heat right now. This menu only includes the main meals, so just add in the sides you desire. It is meant to be used as a guide. I hope it is helpful for you.
Menu Tips
Tips for Using This Monthly Menu:
- Print the menu and keep it visible.
- Keep certain staples on hand (baking items, seasonings, etc.)
- Buy in bulk when possible.

New Recipe – Cilantro Delight (Named by Caddie)
Many of you already have a variation of this “thrown together” appetizer/meal. It is super easy, and you can add or subtract items according to your taste.
In a bowl, add 1 can of corn drained, 1 can of black beans drained and rinsed, Pico (or Rotel drained), Cilantro chopped. Stir together and serve.
I have also added an avocado and diced fresh jalapenos to this and loved it. I usually eat it with tortilla chips, Triscuits, or Scoop Fritos – all were delicious!

Great menu planner for July. I’ll be trying a few of your ideas.
I hope you enjoy them!
Hey, this sounds like a fantastic menu plan. I like when you share your menus because you give me ideas. It’s just me in the house so I have to tone recipes down for just one person. Sometimes works other times not so much. Lol.

Thank you! I bet it can be tricky. I cook for two of us, and there are always leftovers. I have good intentions of using them, but about half of them get thrown out each week.
Thank you very much for joining and sharing with Fiesta Friday Party! Hope you had fun and see you next week 😀
