#2 The Best Peanut Butter Pie No Bake Recipe
Jay absolutely loves almost anything with peanut butter in it. When I saw Stacy Ling’s recipe for peanut butter pie, I knew I had to make it. When Valentine’s Day came around, I surprised him with it. It was delicious!
You can only eat a small portion because of the richness, but your tastebuds want more! It is a great way to satisfy a sweet tooth.

#3 Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
This delicious and creamy dessert belonged to a friend of mine (Traci Suits). She made this once for a church gathering, and I was hooked.
It is one of the best cream cheese desserts I have had. This delicious dessert has just the right amount of sweetness without being too sweet, and oh so creamy!
I still use Traci’s handwritten recipe.
Ingredients
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. (I use the paddle attachment for my stand mixer.)
- Add in powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours.
- Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour.
