Life Applications from the Bible – Vol. 47
I have found some really nice life applications lately in the book of Exodus. This week’s life applications are for all of my decorator and crafter friends! Those skills are gifted to you from the Lord. Keep using them for His purposes!
Life Applications
- Exodus 26 – For all of the Decorators
- He is the Lord Who likes order, symmetry, and beauty.
- He is interested in every detail of our lives, just like all of the details and designs of the tabernacle.
- He deserves our best in all areas.
- He set out a plan and design for what He wanted the tabernacle to look like. It was full of color and beauty!
- Exodus 28:3 – For all of the Crafters
- The Lord fills us with wisdom, skill, and talent to fulfill His purposes.
- He gives us the skills we need for our hobbies as well as our careers, and He allows us to enjoy them.
- What a blessing to find out what gift the Lord has given you, and then to be able to use it to make a living.
- Use the skills He has given you to the best of your ability.
- In this scripture, He gave them talents for embroidering, sewing, and jewelry making.
- What gift/talent has He given to you? Are you enjoying it?
I love to decorate and even do crafts here and there. I don’t see those as my true talents though (especially crafting). 🤣 He has given me other talents, and He has gifted you as well. Really reflect and share your talents in the comments. I look forward to hearing from you.
